We are proud to sell the items we carry and do all we can to ensure it will reach you safely. Our goal is to ship your items out quickly, for a reasonable price. Included below you will find our Domestic Shipping Rate Table, which shows the shipping costs associated with the purchase price of your order. Exceptions to this shipping table may be made for merchandise that is fragile or heavy, in which case we ask that you Contact Us prior to placing your order. This request to Contact Us will be included in the item description. If you would like to purchase insurance for your package, please contact us so that we may get an insurance cost for your order.

We are happy to ship internationally, but ask overseas customers to contact us prior to placing an order. That way, we can get the most current shipping information to you. International orders will be shipped Priority Mail, and will require insurance.

Your package will come via the US Postal Service. We package your items carefully, but sometimes breakage will occur. Please contact us immediately if your package reaches you with broken goods inside! If your order was shipped with insurance, you will need to take the entire package with broken contents and all wrapping to the Post Office to begin your claim. While we cannot be responsible for the treatment your package receives once it has entered the Postal System, we will work with you to ensure your satisfaction on each transaction.

In the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please let us know so we can work with you to ensure your satisfaction. Should you decide to return the item, we ask that it be in original condition. Postage paid items may be returned to us for seven business days after you have received the item. Refunds will be processed upon arrival of the returned item.
